The election of officers in the Town of Prairie Lake will take place at the Spring Election on April 2, 2019.
The officers to be elected are chairperson and 2 at-large supervisors. Since the offices of clerk and
treasurer are now appointed offices (referendum approved at General Election in November) those
offices will be filled by appointment of the town board.

The caucus at which the candidates to run for the offices of chairperson and supervisors will be chosen
will be held in January – the date will be set by the board at the December 11 meeting. The incumbent
chairman has filed a notice of non-candidacy for that office.

The search for clerk and treasurer will most likely commence in January when job descriptions and
applications will be available.
