The Town of Prairie Lake has no site that meets requirements in Wisconsin Statutes for an area that could be used to deposit branches or other yard debris. The site that was tentatively set for this purpose is now off limits to residents and non-residents alike. If you have materials that cannot be burned or composted on your property then the alternatives are hauling it to the Barron County Incinerator (715) 357-6566 or contracting with a private concern to dispose of it.
