SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
TOWN BOARD OF
TOWN OF PRAIRIE LAKE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special meeting of the Town Board of the TOWN OF PRAIRIE LAKE will be held on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at 12:00 Noon at the Meeting Room in the Town of Prairie Lake Municipal Building.
The meeting is for the purpose of:
1. Compensation issues for employees.
At this point, the Board may convene in closed session per §19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.
- Reconvene in open session and set employee compensation as discussed in closed session. (This is an action item for the Board)
- Approve loan either with an open line of credit or for a specific item
- Amend budget if necessary
The meeting is open to the public. The meeting room is handicap accessible.
