On the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m. unless a hearing or special meeting is scheduled ahead of the regular meeting but that would be noted on the notice of the meeting and the agenda. The meetings are held at the Meeting Room of the Municipal Building at 796 21st Street.
